Fried lady finger recipe by Shireen Hassan
Ingredients:
1) Lady finger 1/2 Kg or 500 g
2) Lemon juice or Vinegar 1/2 Tablespoon
3) Chaat masala 1 Tablespoon
4) Red chilli powder 1/2 Teaspoon
5) Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoon
6) Salt 1 Teaspoon
7) Oil 2 Cups
8) Corn Flour 1 Cup
Recipe:
Wash and dry okra 2 hours before making the recipe to remove excessive moisture.
Cut head and tail of lady finger or okra.
Cut okra or lady finger into 3 pieces and transfer it in a bowl.
Add spices > red chilli, turmeric powder, add lemon juice or vinegar, chaat masala, salt and coat each piece with cornflour.

Instructions
Pour oil in a deep frying pan, bring it to heat over medium flame.
Deep fry okras in batches i.e 1/3 or 1/4 cup of coated okras at a time until it turns crispy.
Spread a paper napkin over a plate to drain the excessive oil absorbed by fried okras.
Sprinkle chaat masala over it.
And serve it with love 🌷♥️
Preparation time: 7 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Note:
Wash lady fingers or Okra before cutting into pieces because if we wash it after cutting, it will intensify into mucilage when in contact with water. Frying it will become so difficult, in simple words it wouldn't turn out good and crispy.
Serve it immediately after frying.
