Ingredients:-
For Marination:
Chicken Boneless Cubes - 350 gram
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Black Pepper -1 teaspoon
Cornflour - 2 tablespoon
All Purpose Flour - 2 tablespoon
Milk - 3 tablespoon
Rice Flour - 3/4 cup
Water - as required
For Korean Spicy Sauce:
Oil - 2 tablespoon
Garlic (crushed) - 1 teaspoon
Tomato Ketchup - 3 tablespoon
Soy Sauce - 3 teaspoon
Oyster Sauce - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 2 tablespoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon
Water - as required
Sesame Seeds - as required
Directions:
Put boneless chicken cubes in a bowl
Add salt, garlic powder, black pepper powder, corn flour, all purpose flour, milk, rice flour and mix
Gradually add water and mix well to form the batter
Deep fry the chicken and set a side
Preparing sauce:
In a pan, heat oil
Add crushed crushed garlic, and mix well
Add tomato ketchup, soy sauce, oyester sauce, red chilli powder and mix well
Add water as required and cook.
Final Preparation:
Add fried chicken to the sauce and mix so that chicken pieces are covered evenly with the sauce
Sprinkle sesame seeds.
Dish out and spring some spring onions.
